Wenyi Hu, Ph.D., P.E., is the President of SC Design and Engineering Inc. with over 25 years of experience in various aspects of Project Management, 

Engineering Design and Inspection. Mr. Hu is a registered Professional Engineer in a number of states. He received his M.S. and Ph.D. in Civil / Structural 

Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh.
